Express Shipping Options

FEDEX Ground is our standard method of shipping which can vary from 1-7 business days for delivery. However, we also offer you the opportunity to use express shipment options. In fact, we discount all three express options to make them a more affordable option. If you don't mind paying a few extra dollars, these are great options for insuring timely delivery.

Our express shipping rates are as follows for shipments within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Information

Order today for shipment within 24 hours! Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Eden Prairie, Minnesota - pretty much in the middle of the country - so allow 3-4 business days shipping time to either coast using standard shipping, while other locations in the midwest will vary from 1 to 3 business days. We try our best to estimate the delivery time frame, although we can not guarantee it, due to shipping carrier delays and weather conditions.

Available Inventory

We stock nearly EVERY product that we sell...and we keep a lot of product in stock in our Warehouse and throughout our Brick & Mortar Stores. Unlike most online retailers, we like to give our customers as much information as we can so that they can feel confident in their buying decision. One such piece of information is stock levels and location. You can see on our website where the product is located and where it would be shipping from. If you order products from multiple locations it may take an additional 24 hours to gather your products from all the locations, we will try our best to still ship everything within 24 hours, but store hours vary.

PO Boxes

Please enter a physical address to take advantage of our Shipping rates. A PO BOX may be used, however, your order will ship via USPS according to the weight and size of the box. Occasionally, in very rural or remote locations, FEDEX can deliver to the local Post Office. In this case, please enter the physical address for the Post Office and enter the Box number on the 2nd line.

Backordered & Out of Stock Products

If a product is listed as "backordered" or "currently on order", that means that we are waiting on a shipment from the manufacturer and will fulfill the order as soon as the item is received (usually less than one week). If a product is listed as "out of stock" or "not currently available for purchase", it means that we are indefinitely out of stock and cannot provide an estimated date of delivery.

Cold/Hot Weather Deliveries

Since we offer items that can melt or freeze depending on weather conditions, we will evaluate your order before it ships. For example, if you order gummy bears shipping to Arizona in July, they will most likely melt so we offer various additional shipping options so they can try to arrive safely, but we can't guarantee it. We will reach out to you via email to confirm if you would like your order if we feel there is are items that may not arrive as intended due to weather conditions. If you choose to order an item that we recommend not shipping in Cold/Hot weather conditions we can't guarantee it will arrive to your destination in the same condition it left our warehouse.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO

Because FEDEX Ground is not an option for these areas, we ship through the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, when shipping USPS, you'll need to allow several additional days for it to be shipped and we also do not have the granular level of tracking that we do with FEDEX.

International Orders

International shipping options are currently available for select countries. We charge flat shipping fees based on the dollar amount of your order.
