Horrible Customer Service

I contacted this company MULTIPLE times to get a resolution to the problem that this item was lost in shipping but I received NO response. I have contacted them about a refund and no answer by email and no answering the phone when I called. I will not be buying from this company again. I will also contact the “influencer” who recommended them and let them know of the problems with this company.
